Our Story
Hi. I am Roger Perry. I was born and raised in West Virginia. I have spent my life
in the woods and along the streams. I lived in Ohio for 18 years, where my love
for hunting and growing big bucks increased. This passion has become a year-
round hobby and now my business. I have tried most of the products that are
available in the stores and online, only to realize that they were not working to
my liking. I began mixing my own feed and minerals only to find out by an analyst
that my percentages were not where they needed to be. Using in-depth studies
and several hours of research by prestigious universities, I was able to produce
new formula mixes. In 2020, the formulas were finalized and approved by the
nutritionist and analyst. Through customer feedback, I have made tweaks to
perfect the formulas. My products are now approved by the WV Department of
Agriculture.
My wife, Sheila, says that hunting and fishing was bred into her. Her father, Tex,
had a pawn, gun, archery, and fishing shop since 1978 in Buckhannon, WV. Sheila
spent many hours working in the shop, gaining knowledge on hunting and fishing
equipment. Tex was an avid hunter who raised his children and grandchildren to
love the outdoors. Luckily, I am blessed that she shares my passion for hunting
and supports the business. We started making the blocks in our kitchen in the
evenings after work, until our orders became too large for us to keep up. We now
have the products manufactured to help us maintain inventory for our orders.
We both have observed the results of using these products. As you look through
our pictures, you will see that we have been blessed with some great bucks. We
have had the privilege to be a part of several customers harvesting their biggest
buck to date. We are a family-based business and we promote getting kids
involved. We produce a poster each year with some of the customer’s harvests.
As you look at these posters, you will see children, women, and men of all ages.
